All menus incur a £70 BBQ Chef charge
SILVER SERVICE/GAME MENUS:
All menus are based on a 50 person minimum. Low number surcharges apply to smaller parties.
All menus are inclusive of waiting staff.
SELF CATERING:
Own catering surcharges £3 per person
Client must bring all necessary equipment required for the function including disposable plates, cutlery, tables covers etc etc and to ensure all rubbish is correctly disposed of in the appropiate bins.
This charge covers the cost of us disposing of all rubbish accumalated during the function.
