Thanks for all your work organising the river cruise for us last Friday – everyone had a great time and I have been receiving positive comments since then. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone who is looking for a river cruise. The little extras that you provided us with and your flexibility made the evening go smoothly and was really appreciated.

River Trip

I am sure the Master will be in touch direct, but I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say how much our members enjoyed yesterday’s river trip. Everything matched, and indeed exceeded expectations. Everyone was most impressed with the standard of the catering – we have done similar trips before but the food on those was nothing like the standard your staff managed to achieve. We were lucky with the weather too, but that I think none of us can take credit for! I would be grateful if you would please pass on our thanks and congratulations to everyone involved, and indeed thank you for your help pulling it all together.

Wedding reception on the King Edward

My new wife and I would like to give a massive thank you to the crew of the King Edward for helping to make our wedding the best day of our lives. The company was incredibly helpful and understanding before the day which really helped lower our stress levels. On the day everything was setup as we wanted it and on time. We had 67 guests and I think this was the maximum the boat could happily deal with as we had the food upstairs and the dancing downstairs. They do have bigger boats. We had the four course beef roast dinner, which we all thought tasted nice and was good value at £20 a head. This is a lot cheaper than most wedding catering. The upstairs looked lovely with good quality furnishings. They were also happy for us to setup our own flowers and decorations before the meal. Also the boat has no minimum spend at the bar which helped to remove the stress. The DJ was good and was happy to be regularly contacted before the wedding to make sure he had all our favourite songs. I am recommending this company to all my friends and to anyone who reads this review. I hope you go with them and also have a wonderful day.

The boat trip was excellent helped by fantastic weather. The food was really good and I know my friends really appreciated the wheat free pasta. The jazz band was great and everything went really well. Thanks very much to everyone at King Cruises.
A friend who came on the trip has asked me for details of the boat as her mother may book it for her stepfather's 70th birthday next year.

Could you please pass on our thanks to Steve and Lynne for organising and managing such a super day yesterday. It all went very well indeed and a most enjoyable time was had by all.
We are feeling very pleased with the whole event: the river trip itself was extremely well received, the team on the boat was terrific, (with Steve and Lynne coping with my anxiousness admirably!) the boat looked in fine fettle and the weather was well nigh perfect.
In all, a memorable day to mark our 40 years of marriage and a few other milestones as well.
We always try to do business with nice people, and everyone we met in relation to this event are very nice people. It is a real pleasure to have met them.

We used King's Cruises for an office party for 40 people. The assistance and service received from the company, whilst organising the event and on the actual event itself, was simply first class. First of all, please pass on our thanks to Steve, Lynne and all concerned at King Cruises for an absolutely wonderful Saturday evenings cruise on your boat. Every one of us commented on the excellence of the food, the friendliness of all the staff on board, the brilliant and humorous running commentary as we traveled down river to the flood barrier, and the 2 lovely girls playing the violin and cello. I thought that the venue was ideal for a fun team night out, the front deck was lovely for experiencing London on a summer evening. The staff were very friendly and the food was plentiful and of high quality. The casino team were fantastic and great fun. Overall a great night was had by all. - Blomfield Group Team night out.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we booked, leading up to the event and on the day itself. The boat was a perfect size, it was nice to have an indoors and outdoors section and there was plenty of room. We appreciated being able to put decorations up and were extremely grateful to the staff for tidying this up for us at the end of the night which was not expected. The DJ was good fun and played the right kind of music for the evening. The food was lovely, it was such a large spread and there was a great selection of drinks available.
